Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• MUST have active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to identify best intervention or treatment per scope of practice.
• Deliver treatment plans and help residents achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the care team.
