Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. The role requires planning, directing OT services and ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with applicable standards.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, planning, coordinating schedules, documenting and billing therapy services, and guiding the COTA under clinical supervision. Flexible scheduling and a $10,000 sign-on are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans with goals.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with team input.
• Provide therapy per plan and document/bill services.
• Perform additional duties to treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.
