Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. The role involves planning, directing, and delivering occupational therapy services to residents within current standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best intervention.
• Perform treatment plans based on established plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to residents and care team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards of practice daily.

Education
