Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our Winter Haven location. This role entails implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

A Florida COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of experience preferred. The position is full-time with daytime hours, offering comprehensive benefits.

• Associate degree from an OT A program is required.
• Current, unencumbered Florida COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA is preferred.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
