Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support a growing network of facilities. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and help patients achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
