The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. Applicants should hold an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
