Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Delavan, Wisconsin on a PRN basis. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

We value licensed COTAs with NBCOT certification and a willingness to work daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
