Continuum Therapy Partners in Williams Bay, WI seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN scheduling. You will implement treatment plans under an OT, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercises.

Flexible daytime PRN shifts offer team support and meaningful patient care. Candidates should hold a COTA license in good standing, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of COTA experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• One year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
