Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime hours at Williams Bay Health Services in Williams Bay, WI. You will work under supervising therapists to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, current COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior experience of 1 year is preferred, with opportunities to educate patients on equipment and home programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
