Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role at Cornell Health Services in Wisconsin. You will work under supervision of an OT to deliver individualized treatment plans and support patients, ensuring adherence and progress documentation.

This position offers flexible daytime PRN hours, requires a valid COTA license and NBCOT certification, and includes responsibilities in patient education and equipment recommendations to promote functional

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
