Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Delavan, WI is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN therapy team. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and help patients reach their rehabilitation goals with compassionate care.

You should hold an active state COTA license and NBCOT certification, with about 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred. This on-site role offers a daytime PRN schedule at Delavan Health Services.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
