Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN team in Delavan, Wisconsin. This role offers daytime PRN scheduling with the support of a skilled therapy leadership team focused on quality patient care.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs under supervision of a licensed OT. Prior COTA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
