Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime shifts at Three Oaks Health Services in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role supports therapists by implementing treatment plans and educating patients on home exercise programs.

Eligible candidates hold an OTA degree, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Prior COTA experience is preferred, with supervision from an OT ensuring quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
