Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Monticello, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role. You will work within a supportive team, delivering therapy under supervision of a licensed OT and contributing to patient progress.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT

• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
