Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months exposure to related field including clinicals.
• OT-specific clinical training or fieldwork experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Direct patient participation to restore functional independence and promote skill learning.
• Coordinate with nursing, physicians and therapy staff to support patient care.
• Adhere to the State Practice Act KRS.319A and uphold professional accountability.
