Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility team and help patients restore independence through targeted occupational therapy services. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy while educating patients and caregivers for ongoing progress.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain licensure, and contribute to a patient-centered program that supports growth and high-quality care across settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the NBCOT.
• Valid, unencumbered OT license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy with a focus on restoring independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing skills and safety.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other services as needed.
