Qualifications

• Must follow State Practice Act KRS.319A.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, and related documentation.
• Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates learning to promote functional independence.
• Communicates with patients, families, and other occupational therapy staff, physical therapy, nursing, physicians, and community resources.
