Qualifications

• Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents' occupational therapy needs.
• Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents' needs and matches them with available occupational therapy services.
• Meets with residents regularly according to treatment program schedule and evaluates progress.
• Keeps progress records and reports to management and families on a regular basis.
• Repeats evaluations regularly to measure progress per professional guidelines.
• Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars to maintain and update skills.
