Job summary

Prima CARE PC seeks a Physical Therapist to assess residents’ therapy needs and tailor treatment plans according to the schedule. The role includes regular evaluations and maintaining progress records with residents.

Additionally, the therapist will report progress to management and family members, meeting with them regularly to discuss outcomes and plans. Ongoing education and seminars will help maintain up-to-date clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents' physical therapy needs.
• Skill communicating verbally and in writing with residents and family members so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the needs of residents with physical therapy needs and matches their needs with services available.
• Meets with residents regularly according to treatment program schedule, evaluates, and maintains records of residents' progress.
• Reports progress to management and family members and meets with them on a regular basis to discuss.
• Repeats evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
