Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, coordinate care with families and physicians, and maintain thorough documentation. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, guiding restorative activities, and ensuring safe, compliant practice.

You will supervise COTAs and aides, participate in care conferences, and contribute to quality improvement. Licensed OT, state compliance, and proficiency with Net Health and PCC are required.

Qualifications

• Requires licensed Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficient with health record systems such as Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTA, aides, and students during resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with families and physicians.
• Maintain compliant documentation and safe treatment environments.
