Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor, Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association required.
• Proficiency with applicable state, federal and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administers evaluations and writes assessments of assigned patients per standards.
• Maintains timely, accurate patient records and reports.
• Directs support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.
• Administers therapy programs to increase patients' functioning.
• Develops home programs and instructs patients or families.
• Participates in patient support groups with the care team.
• Coordinates care and communicates effectively with patients and families.
