Job summary

Bellevue Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide and direct comprehensive therapy services in a long-term care setting. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document progress, educate families and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Current, active OT license in good standing.
• CPR certification required for license renewal.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create treatment plans per physician orders and facility policies.
• Direct and supervise assistants and rehab staff as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families and staff on therapy goals and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and reports.
• Utilize EMR systems and coordinate with the rehab team.
