Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join Renewal Rehab’s clinical team in Michigan. The role involves evaluating and treating patients per MD orders, documenting findings, and developing detailed care plans. Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist in-state where applicable.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation may be required depending on state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations per MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short/long-term goals and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, and discharges are obtained.
• Deliver patient care with appropriate precautions and modifications as needed.
