Qualifications

• Must be a licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT-OTR designation, or state-mandated equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Deliver treatment to patients and adjust plans as needed while following safety precautions.
