Qualifications

• Graduate in Occupational Therapy with AOTA-recognized degree.
• NBCOT-certified OTR where required by state.
• Active OT license/registration in-state as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings timely on standardized forms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, and duration.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy using modalities and adjust as needed while following precautions.
