Job summary

Tier1usa in Michigan is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Renewal Rehab. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide comprehensive therapy based on MD orders to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role requires an active OT license and NBCOT certification, with eligible state licensure where applicable. Compensation ranges from $72,500 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits such as a 401K with company match, online CEUs, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist to apply.
• OT degree recognized by AOTA (B.S./M.A./M.S./D.O.T.).
• Current NBCOT designation as an OTR (if required by state).

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver therapy with appropriate modalities while adhering to precautions.
