Job summary

Tier1usa, Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Michigan. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation range of $72,500.00 to $90,000.00 per year and the opportunity to impact patient lives through comprehensive evaluations and targeted treatment plans.

You will provide OT evaluations and treatment plans, document findings, obtain MD orders, and deliver care using approved modalities while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Must hold current OT licensure/registration.
• NBCOT certification is recognized (state dependent).
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standard evaluation forms accurately and timely.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments using approved modalities and adjust as needed while ensuring safety.
