Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Michigan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We offer competitive pay, a supportive culture, and unmatched clinical education to help you grow while changing lives.

You will perform OT evaluations, develop treatment plans, document findings per MD orders, and coordinate evaluations, treatments, and discharges within a collaborative clinical setting. Eligible candidates include NBCOT-OTR certified therapists with in-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply
• NBCOT OTR certification required if state mandates
• OT license in-state as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders
• Document findings on the evaluation form timely and accurately
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions
