Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team in Michigan. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, document findings, and develop plans with clear goals and modalities tailored to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT designation if state mandates.
• Current state license/registration as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency and duration.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment utilizing modalities and adjust as needed while observing safety precautions.
