Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Administer OT treatments and create equipment for individual needs.
• Develop programs for functional skills, daily activities and motor skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals; participate in care conferences.
• Educate patients and families on at-home treatment procedures.
