Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an occupational therapist in WI, IL or both if required.
• CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans addressing patient needs.
• Utilizes exercises, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits.
• Maintains thorough electronic documentation with proper coding and billing.
• Communicates with other disciplines and referring providers to improve outcomes.
• Mentions participation in PI and CQI processes and staff mentorship.
• Plans and conducts lectures and training programs for medical staff, students and community groups.
