Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient history to determine therapy needs.
• Conduct and document evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments and create equipment as needed.
• Develop programs focusing on functional skills, daily activities and motor skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals; participate in care conferences.
• Educate patients and families on at-home treatment procedures.
