Mercy Health - Kings Mills Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, with focus on daily living tasks and vocational skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in current practice state or trainee/temporary license eligibility.
• BLS certification is preferred or required within 30 days for some campuses.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient history to assess therapy needs.
• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and create treatment plans per protocol.
• Administer OT treatments and create adaptive equipment.
• Develop programs for daily activities, motor skills, and vocational tasks.
• Monitor progress, adjust goals, and participate in care conferences.
• Educate patients and families on home treatment procedures.
