Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime shifts at Twin Ports Health Services in Superior, WI. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve functional independence, document progress, and adjust plans based on outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy, state licensure, NBCOT certification, and prefer at least 1 year of experience.

Formación

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
