Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in White Settlement, TX. This PRN role involves evaluating patients, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, and educating families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an active OT license and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
