The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in OT, an unencumbered state license and NBCOT certification, with a preference for 1 year of OT experience. Location: Northfield, MN; schedule: PRN.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as an OT preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
