Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our PRN roster at our Elkhart, TX locations. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and support families to promote independence.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, active state license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred. Emphasis on patient education and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
