Concierge Home Care is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for home health in Panama City, FL. You will evaluate patients at home, develop and implement treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Improve functional mobility and daily living skills.
