Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health. You will evaluate patients in their homes, create individualized treatment plans, and work to improve mobility and daily living skills while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations in patients’ homes and assess safety.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Improve functional mobility and daily living skills through targeted therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques.

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

As aHome Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes to help them regain independence, improve daily function, and safely perform activities of daily living.
