Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) in Harrison, Arkansas, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Rehab Services on a PRN, day-shift basis. You will evaluate patients, design individualized OT plans, educate families, and document progress to support safe, independent living.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, updating treatment plans, instructing on adaptive equipment, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; Arkansas OT license (in good standing).
  • BLS; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Job Summary

  • 1-2 years OT experience; commitment to continuing education.
Compensation & Schedule

Status: PRN

Schedule: As Needed, Primarily weekdays

Pay: Competitive base pay; details during interview
