Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center (NARMC) in Harrison, AR is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Rehab Services. You will implement components of PT treatment plans under a supervising PT, document patient progress, and participate in gait training and patient education.

The role requires an Associate’s degree from an APTA-approved PTA program, Arkansas PTA license, and BLS certification. Prior PTA experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Provide components of physical therapy interventions under direction of a PT; document responses to treatment; and communicate progress and concerns promptly to the supervising PT.

Job Qualifications
Required
  • Associate’s degree from an APTA-approved PTA program; Arkansas PTA license; BLS.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; commitment to ongoing learning.
Preferred
  • Prior PTA experience in acute, outpatient, or swing-bed settings.
Compensation & Schedule

Status: Full-time (PRN/part-time considered)

Schedule: Weekdays; occasional flexibility based on caseload

Pay: Competitive hourly rate; details during interview
