Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a part-time daytime role at Edgehill Nursing & Rehab in Glenside, PA. • Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
