Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a split, daytime full-time role across Salem, Aviston, Mt. Vernon, IL. The ideal candidate holds an OT Master’s or Doctorate, an active state license with NBCOT, and has preferred OT experience to develop and implement patient treatment plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting progress, and educating families on equipment and home safety. Competitive benefits offered.

• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
