Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in Ohio seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house, clinician-led team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore function and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate).
• Current OT license or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families and care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services to restore function, independence and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate per department procedures.
• Document clearly to support quality outcomes.
