Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

This role provides OT services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life, with protected therapy time, clinician-led autonomy, and mentorship from day one across a growing 12-facility network in Ohio and South

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• National Certification Examination for OTR completed or eligible.
• Current OT license or license-eligible.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
