Job summary

Sprenger Therapy in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver patient-centered care in a SNF setting. This role emphasizes clinician-led, in-house practice with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team, receiving mentorship and support while maintaining clinical autonomy to deliver high-quality care aligned with residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current OT license or license-eligible in the state.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided from day one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently to support quality outcomes.
