Anchor Lodge is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house therapy team in Massillon, Ohio. You will evaluate residents, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide services aimed at restoring independence and enhancing quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for OTR
• Current OT license or license‑eligible
