Job summary

Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate residents and create personalized plans focused on function and quality of life.

As a clinician-led, in-house team, you’ll work collaboratively with families and the care team, with mentorship provided from day one and a culture that prioritizes patient needs over contract-driven volumes.

Qualifications

• OTR must have degree from an accredited OT program and current license or be license-eligible.
• National Certification Examination for OTR completed.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide occupational therapy services focused on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTA staff as applicable.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
