Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Join a clinician-led, patient-first environment focused on meaningful, safe, and functional outcomes.

You'll collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the care team to deliver evidence-based care, participate in evaluations and treatment planning, and support residents across 12 facilities in OH and SC. New grads welcome with day-one mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under OT supervision.

• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
