Job summary

Tice Valley Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them regain independence and improve quality of life.

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Pay: $60-$65/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence

Qualifications
